Summary

Use this procedure when your iPhone 15 Pro Max is unresponsive and cannot be turned off normally using standard shutdown controls.

Procedure

1. Press and quickly release the Volume Up button
2. Press and quickly release the Volume Down button
3. Press and hold the Side button until the Apple logo appears on screen

Notes

• The device will restart once the Apple logo is visible
• This procedure does not erase any data
• If the device remains unresponsive after force restart, consider connecting to power or contacting Apple Support
